After checkout, your order enters our review queue and payment verification process.
Within First 2 Hours
Customers may request a cancellation free of charge by contacting our support team.
2–12 Hour Window
Cancellation and modification requests may still be accepted, subject to review. A 5% processing fee may apply to approved cancellations.
Processing & Fulfillment
Once fulfillment begins, modifications and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours from the time of purchase.
- 0–2 hours: No cancellation fee
- 2–12 hours: 5% processing fee may apply
- After 12 hours: Cancellation requests generally cannot be approved
Refunds for approved cancellations are returned to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

Customers may request updates within the same 12-hour period.
